ArtDirect provides the platform for artwork development and approval, direct to our clients or authorised third party providers. Files and proofs are sent via a totally secure log-on and password protected Internet file exchange system – it may be viewed, read, altered or approved. Orders can be placed, printing completed and delivery organised, all through a single channel.

Approved users log on to our website, enter their ID and password, and browse the catalogue including item images. Personalised catalogues may be created by users at any time. An order is placed and received directly into our system to organise despatch. End users may also order custom business stationery or on demand products from our catalogue, with online instant proofing and order placement.

Where documents need manipulation prior to transfer to press, database information is exchanged via secure log-on and password protected Internet access. From the point of data receipt we are able to manipulate the data to output in virtually any format required to meet the document print requirements.

Billing may be compiled in any format to suit accounting requirements. Our customer relationship management program provides all options from a traditional paper based invoice, to an Internet FTP file transfer by cost centre directly to the general ledger. Multiple payment structures may also be managed to complete complex single of third part transactions, including secure credit card payment.

This interface also manages our partner supplier transactions and payment system. One transaction manages the entire process electronically, providing the ultimate transparency to our clients.
