We are a Quality Accredited organisation certified as complying with AS/NZS ISO 9001 (2000). Our certification numbers are QEC5772 - ex 15/1/2008. Our systems are specifically aimed at continuous improvement to ensure we achieve a high level of client satisfaction.

The wellbeing and safety or our employees is of paramount importance. Our policy recognises that the health and safety of all employees is the responsibility of our management and the concern of all members of staff. Our Health and Safety committee regularly reviews operations to seek and implement improvements in all aspects of the business.

We actively avoid the use of harmful chemicals where possible and opportunities to recycle are maximised. Our policies are constantly reviewed to ensure that we meet or exceed standards and all regulations in relation to our operations.
